Software Engineer. Responsibilities include maintenance of code written in C and Assembly for a 16-bit software application (i.e., fixing bugs, enhancements); and assistance in developing and enhancing 32-bit Windows applications using Borland C++ Builder.
       Projects Worked On:
  ·   I wrote a comprehensive file structure using the C++ Standard Template Library to list files and directories found on a CD-ROM in a tree, similar to "Windows Explorer". This allowed the users to navigate through the files and directories and expose CD-specific information regarding it, such as "sector location" and "file flags", to name a couple. This proved to be one of the most attractive features of our application.

Programmer. Responsibilities included writing and maintaining underlying mathematical functions used in the graphics of a CAD/CAM application. I also wrote post processors, which are sub-programs that need to be customized for each individual customer based on what milling and drilling machines they ran the application on.
       Projects Worked On:
  ·   I was part of a team of programmers designing and coding a Windows-based stand-alone application which expanded an existing CAD file based on the user's input. I was responsible for writing code that manipulated necessary files to accomplish this task. I also helped in the design stage using OOP paradigms.
  ·   I expanded on the C++ Standard Template Library to include trigonometric functions for complex numbers necessary for certain calculations in the applications.
  ·   Rewrote a NURB curve engine to generate NURB curves of degrees greater than 3.
